I’m here to help you realise your running goals, while keeping your training sustainable and fun. To achieve this, I offer 2 types of training plans, plus a strength plan, and face to face sessions.
The first plan is for those runners who want to maximise the benefits of coaching, with continual performance analysis and feedback, plus unlimited opportunities to tap into my knowledge and experience.
The second is for those of you that are happy monitoring your own training or want a lower cost option, where I support you taking charge of your own training.
To either plan, I can add individualised strength training, to help keep you injury free and improve your running performance.
I also offer a standalone strength plan for those who just want help with this.

The best results come when athlete and coach work seamlessly together, proactively adapting and evolving training plans as needed. The Collaborate plan includes:

A bespoke plan delivered securely via Final Surge, allowing you to receive daily workouts straight to your smartwatch, track performance and sync data from devices.
Continual update of your plan, based on objective and subjective data to keep you on track.
Proactive reviews, providing you with support and accountability.
In-depth discussions on strategy for key races, events and challenges.
Detailed advice on technique, nutrition, strength and conditioning, heat training and acclimatisation.

Mentor Plan
£45 p/month *
If you prefer to keep track of your own training progress, but are looking for direction and regular advice, the Mentor plan includes:

4-weekly updates to your plan based on objective and subjective data.
General advice on technique, nutrition, strength and conditioning.

For those confident in setting their own running training, or who already have a coach, the Strength plan includes:

Unlimited phone, email and WhatsApp contact.
Face to face session
£75 p/session
60 minute one-to-one session tailored entirely to your requirements. We can:
Work on running technique.
Practice technical skills eg: running with poles or running steep downhills.
Try a particular interval (or other) session.
Practice drills to promote good form, or
Something else entirely, it’s your call.
