Coaching transformed my running. I love the support and accountability.

I coach to share my experiences with the amazing running community.

I started late. I first laced up my trainers aged 38. My goals were to get fit and lose a bit of weight.

It turned out I loved running (and was quite good).

A 10k became marathons, which eventually became ultramarathons. Completing the Bob Graham Round, paced by my friends, is my happiest running memory - so far.

When I’m not coaching or running, I’m being a father to 3 growing kids, supporting my wife - herself an enthusiastic ultrarunner - and developing a strength and conditioning start up, Soar Today.

Before I started coaching, I was a partner at a Big 4 accountancy firm. So I get that running needs to fit in with your busy life.
