3. Finishing the run through Chamonix feeling like a hero!

Queues - especially on first climb.

Overtaking on single track. Very long climbs and descents compared to UK.

It's a good step towards UTMB, as it's effectively the final 100km of UTMB's 170kms.

You'll need UTMB running stones to enter the ballot.

The atmosphere in Chamonix during UTMB finals week is amazing!

But if that doesn't float your boat, then consider doing this as a self guided tour as the TMB route is well marked and there are mountain huts you could stay at along the way!
